The Senior Facilities Assistant will provide assistance across the organisation, to ensure security services are carried out efficiently, that buildings are secure, systems are maintained, risks are mitigated, and areas are presented to the highest possible standards.

Demonstrating previous experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for buildings security, alarm systems, access, event preparation and supporting the work of external contractors.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Facilities Management Network, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Purpose of the Role

Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; medications (as appropriate to role); infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
Working with volunteers, Wellbeing Coordinator and therapy teams to provide and encourage meaningful activities.
