Collaborate with other team members to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. Requirements: Previous experience working with children and young people in a similar setting. A genuine passion for supporting the well-being and development of children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. We are looking for an experienced carer to help lead a team of staff and provide care and support to individuals at our Blackpool service.
