In this role you will oversee and manage the development of an analytics web-based application which is used by client-facing consultants. 4 days per week in the office. Salary - approx £100k bonus up to 40%. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the development of an Analytics web based application Be accountable for the development roadmap with the required timeframe Analyse internal stakeholder requirements, and design solutions. Manage a team of developers to code, debug, test and install development of the application Proactively communicate support issues status to management until completion. Learn new technologies that are vital to the Analytics business. Interact with internal resources to clarify and define development requirements. Communicate with, and manage, development team to optimal efficiency Document system requirements and architecture, on an ongoing basis. Follow proper escalation procedures for any issues posing a risk to project deadlines. Report to the MD based in NYC. Requirements: Proven experience leading and growing a team of developers Track record of driving architectural improvements and refining the codebase Technical Leadership - accountability for technical architecture. Software Quality Assurance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience managing senior internal stakeholders and incorporating their change feedback to refine the product roadmap Knowledge of treasury/derivatives platforms would be helpful Technical Skills: LAMP Stack applications. Python Django Framework AWS or other cloud based Application architecture MySQL JavaScript Experience with JIRA or other ticketing system
