Duties
Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

This is a permanent role and the ideal candidate would have experience working in a Customer Service/Customer Sales environment.
You should have an excellent telephone manner along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well established international client based in Camberley on an initial 6 month contract opportunity.
You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries (from the dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues), by answering telephone calls, email and CRM cases, providing timely and accurate technical information.
