We are a full-service UK clinical trial site, providing virtual and decentralised clinical trial services, looking to appoint two highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Nurses to join our growing team. Full time and part time applicants are both welcomed. Based in Oxford, with travel to pop-up sites, you will support clinical studies across various specialties. Your responsibilities will include conducting participant visits, managing clinic workflows, dispensing Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP), and overseeing laboratory processes. You will also ensure the safe transportation of IMP, blood samples, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for participant clinic visits, including dispensing of IMP and overseeing the laboratory processes. Oversee and manage the workflow during clinics ensuring all protocol mandated activity is performed. Transportation of IMP, blood samples and equipment. Company bonus scheme. The Person Registered General Nurse -Currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Experience working in clinical research environment. Clinical skills such as phlebotomy, cannulation, taking ECGs. Knowledge of the clinical trial process Knowledge of ICH-GCP Highly effective communication skills Good organisational skills Good written and analytical skills Able to manage work autonomously and manage own workload. Demonstrable IT Skills. Experience of working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to demonstrate evidence of service improvement.
