These will include; Administration, Managing renewal process placing cover on best terms - dealing with mid-term adjustments, generate new business enquiries by asking existing clients for referrals, Identifying cross selling opportunities where possible, raise potential issues to senior account handlers where necessary - provide excellent customer service and administration to all clients and colleagues!
