We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to help the Head Chef and team produce high end food for our client, a B&I contract Catering site near to Ascot, Berkshire.
As the Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will be required to support the head chef in running the kitchen including all sections of retail, deli, main kitchen, Vending, Hospitality, and caf.
Reporting to the Head Chef the role of the Senior Sous Chef will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring that food is produced, and the finished dish is served to the highest standard.
Shift pattern for the role of Senior Sous Chef, is given as 3 single shifts 2 double shifts per week
Senior Sous Chef, required to work with a dedicated Head Chef at this prestigious hotel located in the Dartford / Wilmington area of Kent, offering top quality fresh food across a range of restaurants, banqueting and menus.
This role sits within our Catering business division that provides hospitality and catering, private dining, vending & corporate event services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market

The Chef (Care Home) manages the day-to-day food and drinks provision in their allocated care home by overseeing a kitchen and team of Senior Hospitality Assistants, with the majority of food prepared by our suppliers.
Total of 30 hours per week to include weekend working.
