Rota : 3 Shifts 1 week / 4 shifts the next week on a rolling Basis
Shift : 12 hour shifts : 8am-8pm mixture of dayshifts & nightshifts so you must be willing to do both shifts when required they do try and offer what shift you prefer but this is never guaranteed.
