We are looking to recruit a dynamic, Senior Support Worker to join a family run Business which provides permanent residential care and supported living services in carefully-adapted houses and attractive purpose-built accommodation.
You will be required to provide effective care and support to adult residents with profound learning difficulties and/or physical difficulties, as directed by the service user plan for the individual.
The residents cared for have severe or profound learning disabilities and other associated complex needs such as physical disabilities, autism or sensory requirements.

Job purpose - To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of residential care which meets the individual needs of residents and the high standards expected at the home.
To ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; medications (as appropriate to role); infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
Working with volunteers, Wellbeing Coordinator and therapy teams to provide and encourage meaningful activities.

The service is based in Llandybie, providing 24/7 care to service users.
This could include those with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.
We are looking for an experienced carer to help lead a team of staff and provide care and support to individuals at our Bradford Personalised Services.
We offer personalised care and support across 4 houses in Bradford.
We support people within their sole or shared tenancy, offering support over a 24 hour period including sleep in or waking night.
