Required Skills and Qualifications Degree level education. Recognised qualification in Business Analysis. Proficiency in mapping business processes using tools like Miro and Microsoft Visio. Experience in business process improvement, including benefits assessment and measurement. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly. Independent worker and effective team player. Active listener with attention to detail. Mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities. ICT skills with understanding of requirements documentation. Negotiation and influencing skills. Strategic focus aligned with organisational goals. Experience in data analysis and visualisation tools like PowerBI.
