Job Title: Senior London Market Business Analyst Location: London, United Kingdom Contract Rate: £600 - £650 per day Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension) Overview: Our client is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is critical in supporting our ongoing projects and initiatives within the London/Lloyd's market. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and significant experience with S2000/Subscribe systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Develop detailed business analysis documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications. Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within the London/Lloyd's market. Provide expert guidance and support on the use of S2000/Subscribe systems. Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans, ensuring that business requirements are met. Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the London/Lloyd's insurance market. Extensive knowledge of S2000/Subscribe systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
