Profile Skills: Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan or equivalent tools Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modeling techniques. Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs and databases. Experience: Proven track record in data analysis and HR. Ability to drive best practices independently. Using local financial data, we submit statistical reporting to government bodies as required by each country. We apply specialised tax knowledge to create and submit the tax returns for each LE based on the local financial statements, providing audit support, and ensuring all direct tax payments are paid on time. The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills, as they will be working directly with auditors externally and a variety of internal contacts at different levels in the organisation.
