Administrator Temporary June 3rd Start for Approximately 1-2 weeks (dependent on project completion) Bedford £12 - £12.50 per hour Our Bedford based client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Temporary Administrator to assist with a short-term project focused on organising and verifying information within their files. This role involves both paper and electronic file management, with potential scanning of paper files to ensure all information is accurately reflected in electronic records. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify information in both paper and electronic files. Ensure that all required information is present and accurately documented. Scan and organise paper documents into electronic files as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: Strong administrative background; HR experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in using office software and document management systems. Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
