I am currently working alongside a secondary SEN school who are looking to appoint multiple Behaviour Mentors to work in mixed classes with students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties.
Are you looking for a new role working in a secondary SEN school as a Behaviour Mentor in Essex?
The school caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
The school support our staff in doing this by offering a high level of training and development throughout their time at the school.
They pride ourselves in having high quality and enthusiastic staff that encourage our pupils to achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, emotionally, physically, morally, spiritually and aesthetically, enabling each pupil to grow in confidence, and able to participate in the wider community.
Do you have previous experience working with children that have Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Or maybe you are a university graduate that is looking to try their hand in Primary SEN?
Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH) throughout their education and helping shaping their futures?
