We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Assessment Officer to join our team in Leicestershire on a full-time temporary ongoing basis, with an initial contract period of 3 months.
The Housing Assessment Officer will be responsible for carrying out statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction act 2017.This role requires in-depth knowledge of housing legislation, and experience working closely with members of the public.
