You will act as a role model, providing guidance, training, and support to LSAs to help them excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Learning Support Assistants, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement personalised support plans for students. Monitor the progress of students and provide feedback to the team to continuously improve support strategies.
