Qualifications and Experience: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEND experience. - Knowledge of various learning difficulties and disabilities, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. - Familiarity with the latest SEND legislation and best practices. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. - Commitment to professional development and staying current with educational trends.
