Job Title: Electronics Engineer Salary: Circa £49,000 depending on experience Location: Bristol or Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role) Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification with opportunity for remote working as dictated by business needs Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship (delete line if not applicable). The opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity to join our RF team. We need an Electronics Engineer to support various tasks including testing, component level assembly and rework. Ideally you'll have exposure / bias towards RF technology across the full product life cycle, but most importantly you will be a good team player and willing to play your part in a high performing and welcoming team. You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team with a good understanding and dedication to achieving project goals. Day to day you'll be performing technical investigations, providing problem assessments, and propose design solutions within a culture of innovative thinking. What we're looking for from you: Ideally, degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience) with experience in electronic design, development and delivery; preferably in defence or related industry. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team with the awareness and understanding of the challenges that this may bring. Knowledge of a wide range of electronic technologies and products Familiar with RF circuits and components across a wide range of frequencies Practical skills - soldering, fault finding and RF component level assembly Use of RF Laboratory Test Equipment - Spectrum Analysers, VNA's, Power meters Ability to use CAD software such as KiCAD or ORCAD Good communication skills with the ability to produce high quality written reports and presentations to internal and external customers Interested?
