Assist the Homologation team with technical services in meetings, handling information requests, and preparing supporting documents. Aid program delivery alongside engineers to meet certification schedules, ensuring a seamless workflow. Manage internal tasks including budgeting, data collection, and adherence to internal processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the team. Maintain and support the database for Homologation document creation and manage documentation for various markets. What You Will Bring: A strong administration background, confident with tasks including diary management and organising documentation. Previous experience in homologation or a related field within the automotive industry is highly advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
