Purpose of the RoleThe Projects Supervisor will be primarily responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective professional services and building fabric projects throughout Queensgate SC.
Working with the Technical Services Manager, the building surveyors (Workman's) and client appointed professionals to identify and deliver commercially and operationally realistic, best practice, technical and operational solutions to site specific issues.
The role will involve overseeing the design, delivery and implementation of all projects associated with the fabric of the building, including, but not limited to, the implementation and updating of the PPMP; shop fitting approvals/works; specific improvement projects; emergency repairs and improvements; etc.
