I'm looking for a Residential Liaison Officer to effectively engage with Resident and External Stakeholders and keep them fully informed of the progress and outcome of the assessment process and during the construction phase.
Due to the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities new legislation, our client is required to communicate and engage on the progress of the Remediation Programme with impacted residents on a regular basis prior to and during the assessment and construction phase.
You'll be the consistent point of contact for the construction team, leaseholders, and residents, and will support the Resident Liaison Manager in delivering 'best practice' across the projects.
