Job Description: Job Title: UKI Corporate Security Operations Lead Location: London Corporate Title: Vice President You will be implementing and executing the global operational security standards to ensure employee security, safety, asset protection and leading risk management practices in line with the vision and strategy set by the Global Head of Corporate Security. Track and report progress and escalate issues. Be the initial lead for incident escalation in region working closely with the Regional Head Be the primary security point of contact for delivery of security related services managed by others (eg Global Real Estate, Tier 1 Vendors; confidential waste management; CISO for information protection, etc) Responsible with the delivery of guarding contracts through accurate invoicing and ensuring performance standards are adhered to and that measurements and KPIs are implemented and documented Own responsibility for Regional Security process within the Security Survey tool. Ensure all recommendations are addressed in the appropriate timeframe. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships including responding to Regulator and Audit requests Drive efficiencies where possible and propose innovative solutions contributing to the operational input to the Rolling Capital Plan/Facilities Capital Plan/project planning Your skills and experience Tertiary education in a relevant subject with expertise in corporate security within a large global organization (preferably management roles) Excellent knowledge of physical and operational guarding security, with commercial experience, preferably in the financial sector Robust decision-making capability yet a collegiate approach to functional teams Excellent briefing/presentation development and delivery, both written and verbal (English speaker) and strong analysis capability Ability to meet key project and business delivery dates, often in a short time-frame, whilst balancing an ad hoc/ongoing portfolio High level of self-motivation, results-based work ethic and ability to work under pressure in a high performance environment.
