An exciting opportunity has arisen to join ZIGUP Group IT Service Desk Team as an experienced Service Desk Analyst, which provides first line IT support to end users across the business.
Working out of our Peterlee office, your main role will involve efficiently handling and documenting customer contacts from various channels, accurately capturing all essential details.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities from assessing business requirements for change, producing test plans, managing risks, right to implementation of projects and delivery of change within the agreed time scales.
This role requires an experienced Business Analyst with high levels of resilience and a drive as well as an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.
