As a Clearance Operative, you will be responsible for the cleaning and clearing of both vacant and tenanted properties / gardens to the highest standard.
Be the first point of contact for site visitors, provide a full reception service (including the management of incoming telephone calls), and ensure that the reception area and all other public areas of the site are clean, welcoming, and give an excellent first impression.
Provide support and co-ordinate on-site meetings and events in ways that ensures a meeting/event organiser receives the support that they require.
Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders (this includes customers, colleagues, suppliers, and visitors to the site).
