The ideal Project Manager will be working on Fit-Out Projects on a landmark 41 storey student accommodation tower in central London which will value up to £50m.
You'll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.?
We're looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.?
