Randstad CP are looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager for a leading Facilities Management company on a long term contract based near Durham.
The role is pivotal to success and growth of businesses/services and will report to the Contract Manager.
You will have the ability to update and maintain up to date professional and technical competence and use this in the achievement of objectives.

The department consists of a Compliance Manager, a T&C Manager and a Director, responsible for SM&CR, therefore there's exceptional knowledge and direction available to the individual.
Role
Our client is looking to strengthen its wealth compliance function and has an immediate requirement for a Compliance Officer.
The role can be on either a full-time or part-time basis and based out of their County Durham office or Borders office (north Northumberland).
Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
As Care Home Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for.
