We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to join our local client on a temporary to permanent basis with a long term goal of progressing within the business, moving into Production Control and working towards becoming a Production Manager in the future.
This role will require the successful applicant to manage a team of 18 people on a daily basis, manage their workloads, the equipment on the shop floor and work with the team to deliver productivity and output targets whilst developing excellent working relationships with the team throughout the business.
