Your new role Preparing Files for Scanning: Organising physical documents and ensuring they are ready for digitisation using scanning equipment and software. Crosschecking Details on Files: Verifying the accuracy of information on scanned files by comparing it with the original documents. Updating Spreadsheets with Relevant Information: Maintaining electronic records by inputting data from scanned files into spreadsheets or databases. Sorting a Minimum of 50 Files Per Day: Efficiently categorising and organising a substantial volume of files daily. What you'll need to succeed Attention to Detail Needed: Being meticulous in handling documents, ensuring no errors or omissions during scanning and data entry. Duties As a Community Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring excellent client care. Here's what you'll do: Provide direct clinical supervision to a dedicated team caring for a client in Hinckley. Oversee and sign off on staff competency in essential care skills like ventilation cough assist and PEG feeding. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for your team. Adhere to the centres for disease control and prevention, occupational safety and health administration, and other governmental regulations. Use good judgement when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers. Demonstrate proper infection control measures. Log in and out of care calls and complete care notes.
