We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to be part of a small friendly team handling customer enquiries and dealing with the day-to-day challenges of working in a service orientated manufacturing environment.

Our client is a well know and established business in Redditch who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract ( with possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate) to join their small customer service team.
This team is responsible for processing all the sales orders and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth information flow and high standards.
They may be a small team but they look after their huge existing customer base with all operational aspects of the customer relationship offering the best service.
The hourly rate for this role is £12.36 and up to £13.53 across selected locations within London and will involve travelling to stores around the region including Telford, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury.
Travel expenses are covered by Boots.
A full driving licence and access to a car will be necessary in this role due to the travelling.
