The Administration Officer will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
The Administrator is responsible for providing effective admin support to teams and colleagues across Cranstoun Birmingham services, so the organisation can work well and do well.
As part of an admin team, you'll need to be a team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
You'll need excellent communication skills as you'll be providing a welcoming and informative front of house and telephone service to all our customers.
