Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an experienced Procurement Associate, with strong organisational skills, negotiation skills and good attention to detail to work as part of their Global Procurement team. This is an interesting multi-faceted role, which offers variety and requires a range of sourcing and procurement responsibilities to be executed to support clients with their procurement needs. This role represents a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a long term career in Procurement or Buying. Key Features of the role: Sourcing items for customers via a range of suppliers and obtaining quotations and delivery information Prepare, implement, and execute procurement process, including contract negotiation work with finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist in the payment to suppliers and receive payments from clients You will be involved in researching contracts and tenders for Government ministries; in particular health, education, IT, office supply, emergency supplies Communicating with international clients with request for quotations, and sourcing relevant suppliers; developing commercial awareness to drive project success Intense use of Excel for raising quotes, Pro-forma and commercial invoices.
