As a Field Service Engineer in London you will be our clients first line of defence ensuring the proper installation, maintenance and repair of coffee machines whilst working to the highest standards, ensuring they function correctly and meeting their customers' needs.
The Service Engineer will lead the troubleshooting and resolution of controls software issues on machinery and equipment, providing expert on-site support to customers UK based and worldwide.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of complex industrial systems, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires advanced proficiency in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens systems, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
