We are recruiting for a client of ours who have an opportunity for an outgoing character to join their team of 7 people within a sales admin team. Key Responsibilities for a Sales Negotiator: Processing of orders Manage all orders from receipt to shipment Handling support enquiries via email and telephone to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, to include stock enquiries, ETA, and other customer requests Raise credits, pro-forma orders, sample requests and other administrative tasks Provide support to both internal and external sales teams Solve problems and occasionally deal with challenging telephones calls and issues Investigate and resolve complaints Key Skills needed for a Sales Negotiator: Customer service experience Driven Confident on the phones Good communication skills If your interested, please apply!
