Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh £24,000 Our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for our successful Customer Engagement Centre. Successful candidates will be assisting our valued customers through a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls and through email channels; ensuring all aspects of a customer's pension enquiry are resolved.
