A global SaaS company are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their team on an initial 18 month contract.
The successful candidate will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.
Provide sales support by delivering technical training to branch staff and customers on product knowledge, diagnostics, and effective sales techniques.
Organize and lead customer training sessions, including regional evening sessions and formal training courses based on client needs and scheduling.
Conduct regular visits to workshops and wholesaler branches to enhance brand awareness, promote product assortment, and improve product presentation.
Our client, a global financial software solutions organisation, is seeking a Sales Performance Specialist supporting their sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of their sales team.
This is a 2 year contract, hybrid role.
Skills
Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales performance specialist.
