We're now seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Customer Services team - someone to help maintain and improve customer service.
Providing a welcome and timely response to customer queries via telephone and email, you will provide order confirmations, proof of delivery documentation and other post order communication as requested and contribute to the achievement of high-level service KPI targets in relation to customer needs.

Internal sales has a role to play in supporting external business activities to achieve sales targets and profitability.
As Internal Sales the focus will be on dealing with customer enquiries, preparing quotations that align to the customer requirements in order to generate an order, and coordinating orders from point of order to completed purchase order.
