Sales Support Executive £28-29k 1-2 days WFH (Once Trained) Flexible hours (start anytime between 7:30am-9am) 25 days holiday Birthday Off As Sales Support, you will work within the Sales department and you are responsible for providing office support to the Account Managers, team and customer base. By working closely with other departments within the company (including Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) you ensure that the full range of services is provided to the customers. Together with the Account Managers, you will be part of an effective customer team. You will provide day-to-day administrative support, including maintaining a high level of awareness of client and company activities and objectives. Main duties: Interacting with the customer alongside the account manager to ensure all the customer requirements and queries are answered, including photos, samples, article forms etc Completing Customer New Line Forms and Order confirmations. Negotiating Pack sizes, Understanding Product Changes for Shelf fills and store distributions. Chasing for Season Forecast Volumes and orders from customer Data input of orders, making sure the customer selections, dates and volumes can be met. Managing Order book Tracker and Reporting on DSO. Working collaboratively with other departments, Product, QA, Imports and Operations to ensure timely production /delivery of customer orders. Sample management. Sample requests, chase and provide all stakeholders weekly, with updates and status, Ensuring the Customer order requirements are communicated to the relevant department correctly. Customer Critical Path management. Sample Management for customer requirements - Buying, Red and Gold Seal. In addition, any other duties as may be required in the role. Essential skills: 2-3 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service role, project/operations management, or executive administration /coordination Proactive and able to work unsupervised and on own initiative Ability to multi task Strong organisational skills and abilities Excellent MS Office skills Knowledge of Navision is desirable but not essential, as training will be given. You will support the Sales Team to assist them in the day-to-day administration of their customers accounts. Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure that the retention of customers is a priority within all aspects of the role. Monitor the various sales and support email inboxes throughout the day, creating and process new sales orders, deal with customer queries, and handle general enquiries for further information. Answer inbound calls, deal with customer support queries, and redirect calls to the relevant departments where necessary. Deal with sales enquiries from the company website, qualify and pass them on to the appropriate Sales team. Assist with new quotations to new customers Update systems, maintain customer data and sales activity information Input all orders daily, ensuring they are on the system ready for despatch in a timely manner and provide order confirmation to the customer. Check and monitor online orders throughout the day, process and action accordingly. Liaise with the Sales teams to validate order information when required. Assist with the resolution of customer issues, investigate the root cause, apply corrective actions and suggest preventative actions moving forward. Respond to pricing requests using information from the Sales team. Does this sound like a good fit for you?
