At Leca UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Support Admin to support our sales and administration function. You will be a key member of the Leca team and have dual responsibility of providing sales support specific to our small bag business and also general admin support to the team. You will work with customers with inbound requests around products and quotations as well as working with internal stakeholders around managing projects and technical advice around the Leca product range. This role will suit someone who is from a sales, or customer focussed background, as you will be working with our customers, we value skills in strong communication, having strong organisational skills and an ability to adapt and be agile in team environment. The role is home-based, with the expectation of being able to travel to customers and for team-meet ups in the North of England. What we're looking for: Previous experience of working in a sales or business support function Strong administrative skills across Microsoft packages including Word and Excel A great communicator both written and verbal An ability to be adaptable What will you be doing: You will be our first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries around products and pricings Daily communication with customers at all levels Undertaking in administrative duties including managing projects, haulage quotes and assisting with data Are LECA and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?
