They are looking for a strong Sales Administrator who has the ability to support a busy and fast paced environment. The Role: You will be supporting the Sales Team with administration (not sales) Dealing with aftersales administration and support, being the first point of contact. Building strong relationships with clients. Calling clients, responding to emails, and making outbound calls when required. Supporting the sales team and ensuring the accounts are running smoothly. Build strong relationships with the clients. Support with customer queries and escalate further problem to the relevant manager. Adhering to all legislation.
