Lettings Negotiator Salary; Basic £22- 24K plus OTE & car allowance Based: Kingston upon Thames Full time permanent role - 5 days per week ( Saturdays on a rota basis with - with day off in lieu in the week when worked) Hours: 9.00 am -6.00pm- weekdays We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Lettings Negotiator to work for a well-established estate agency based in Kingston upon Thames. Key Responsibilities: To accompany prospective tenants on property viewings. To deliver exceptional customer service To negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant Booking and undertaking property inspections Lettings administration in accordance with property compliance and legislation and company guidelines. Must live in or near Kingston upon Thames and have knowledge of the area Person Specification: The ideal candidate will currently be working as a Lettings Negotiator or recently worked within Lettings. A full driving licence and own transport required (and happy to use for work purposes) Live within an easily commutable distance from Kingston upon Thames You will be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication Excellent customer facing skills Highly motivated, target driven Passionate about property Positive 'can do' attitude Able to work independently and as part of a sociable team Flexible approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment IT literate - MS Office and CRM skills A background in Lettings or estate agency would be useful but not essential as full training will be provided
