Role: Sales Team Leader Salary: 35-40k Location: Wigan An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a dynamic sales team in Wigan. My client is a surveyor who are market leading suppliers of air conditioning inspections, and have clients including the NHS, Ministry of Justice, the BBC and Santander. This role is based fully on site, with free parking available. Daily duties include: - Leading and motivating a small, office-based sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. - Monitor team performance against targets and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement - Developing and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, close sales, and maximize revenue. - Managing relationships with key clients, including negotiating contracts and addressing client needs and concerns. - Own and achieve personal sales targets, while also supporting the team in achieving overall sales objectives. - Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads to drive conversions. - Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and forecasts. - Work closely with the Operations Director and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize sales effectiveness. Proven experience in sales is essential for this position, as well as strong leadership skills.
