As Mobile Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to all aspects of plumbing systems within mainly commercial properties with some domestic as well as general maintenance to the building fabrics such as carpentry, painting and patch plastering
This Regionally based Engineering Maintenance and Facilities Services company are recruiting for a mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to cover sites between across the Salisbury area with some sites based further afield in Dorset and Wiltshire.
The role will entail proactively managing the appraisal/valuation process, this will be inclusive of: Obtaining the best and most relevant third party estate agents appraisals and RICS surveys and your own desk based local market research.
Thereafter, you will manage a portfolio of cases, negotiate sales through to successful exchange and completion aiming to achieve the very best possible price in a prompt turnaround timeframe.
With this evidence you will then prepare the Initial Marketing Reports for clients, an overview of a price and marketing strategy in line with the different clients SLA's.
As an O2 Retail Advisor, your main role will be to deliver outstanding in-store performance and customer care, while working together with your team to meet your store's wider goals.
