Description Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, in this role you will be working in a small team working closely with External Sales Teams and Engineering departments. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service, produce sales quotations, pre-qualification documents, technical proposals and other forms of information required by the customer and progress outstanding quotations within pre-agreed timescales and report accordingly. This role would suit a person who has experience within a customer service environment and is looking to progress their career within technical sales.
