Your new role A new and exclusive opportunity for a Materials Planner based within Scunthorpe on a permanent basis. As Materials Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring all planning, releasing and shipment of parts is done accurately and on time. To ensure all correspondence and communications with the customer are carried in a timely and professional manner at all times. Become the go-to person for your area of responsibility. Key duties include: Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate communications Analyse and interpret customer schedule requirements to ensure on-time deliveries Ensure the material planning cycle is accurately reflected in our MRP (Material Planning) system Enter or maintain customer schedules, via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and other processes in an accurate and timely manner.
