We are delighted to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The Sales Support Executive role attracts a salary of £28k per annum plus commission with OTE being at least £40k. The successful candidate must hold a UK Driving Licence. The Sales Support Executive role duties will include: Developing and maintaining successful client relationships Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email. Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations Process orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch. Compose tenders for new works Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts Account management Occasional site visits Coordinate and lead service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction The successful Sales Support Executive is likely to have the following skills: Customer service and telesales Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal Work well in a team and as an individual Good IT skills Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload Able to develop client relationships and increase sales The successful candidate is likely to be able to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required.
