Working at their Burnley site, you will be responsible for processing customer orders via email and telephone.
As a Sales Order Processor you will be responsible for locating the orders on various platforms, keying in the orders, sending out order confirmations to the customers and putting packs together for the dispatch team in relation to the orders that you are currently working on.
You will also be liaising with different teams within the business such as the transport team to arrange transport and deliveries.
