EAC are representing an Autmotive Business who are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be working within a team of 5 Sales People supporting them with all aspects of administration. Basic Salary is £26,500 with an OTE of £30,000. This role is office based in Milton Keynes, Monday - Friday hours 8:30am-5:30pm. Sales Administrator Duties: Supporting the Sales Team ensuring all administration is taken care of. Invoicing is a key part to this role for both new and used vehicles. Keeping the Database up to date, cleansed and maintained at all times. Dealing with Customer orders, preparing, coordinating and collating all information. Maintain vehicle information to ensure it's in line with Purchasing and Sales. Ideal Sales Administrator: Automotive background in Sales Administration Experienced in Invoicing (this is a key part to this role) Exceptional attention to detail & Organisation Can-do attitude happy to work within a team
