The successful candidate will ensure that customer service remains a top priority, monitor team member KPIs and ensure these are achieved, whilst using your experience to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
Responsibilities
Overall management of the solutions team, including individual and department KPIs, training & development, performance appraisals, and daily staffing levels.

The role will involve establishing your own customer portfolio and account managing new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities, 90% of which will have purchased recently in the last few days.
