An excellent opportunity to join our client at their Head Office in Bracknell as a New Homes Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will work with all CGEAL departments in order to drive market share, revenue and profits from New Homes Sales.
Key Responsibilities
To take responsibility for all CGEAL New Homes (NH) sales sites and clients.
To secure new instructions for the division in line with approved fee and service structures.
The Candidate: Our client would specifically like to hear from candidates who have experience of selling interior products into specification and the A&D market.
The Role: Field based role primarily focused on selling interior products into architects, specifiers and contractors for a range of commercial projects.
