As a Relief Security Officer you will provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required. Protecting the customer's employees, property and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements. Delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness Responsibilities Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site. Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV. Conduct internal & external patrols & duties. Maintain all logbooks and records, ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures. Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to management. During patrols, switch off unnecessary lights and close windows. Manage keys and perform locking and unlocking duties as detailed in the Assignment Instructions. Limited to covering around 5 sites Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed in accordance with procedures detailed in the Assignment Instructions. To provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises. Undertake any other duties as requested by Management. About the Safety, Health, and Environment Manager role: As our Safety, Health, and Environment Manager, you will lead site-level deployment of SC Johnson's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) management practices. Partnering with assigned stakeholders to drive timely, effective closure of identified SHE-related corrective and preventive actions. Coordinating completion of risk assessments such as Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and periodic PHA revalidations for the site's high-hazard chemical processes. Previous experience / knowledge required of our Safety, Health, and Environment Manager: Bachelor's degree from an academic university in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline Experience of progressively increasing SHE leadership responsibility in a global manufacturing organization Experience in driving day-to-day ownership of SHE processes to non-SHE program "champions" Competencies, behaviors and aptitudes required of our Safety, Health, and Environment Manager: The ability to interact with others, establishing open, candid and trusting relationships to create win/win outcomes Effective communication skills that permit the clear and concise transfer of information to stakeholders Project management experience to enable prioritization and management of multiple projects to completion We believe Inclusion and Diversity is more than a program.
